Yes, you are required to present a valid prescription that contains the following details: drugs prescribed, quantity per drug, direction for use, date of prescription, patients’ name, and prescriber’s name and license number.

Yes, MedExpress has to validate the prescription before any order will be processed. You may send your prescription through the following ways:

  • Fax: Dial the hotline and press "3"
  • Facebook: Upload the prescription via private message and send to MedExpress official Facebook page.

Yes, a minimum of Php250.00 is required to proceed with your order.

Delivery is free for orders Php1, 000 and above.

A Php50.00 delivery charge will apply for orders below Php1, 000.

A Php160.00 freight fee charge will apply for orders delivered via courier.

We deliver to anywhere in the Philippines via our in-house delivery service and our partner courier for locations outside Metro Manila and key cities in the Philippines.

MedExpress can also delivery your medicine needs within 24-48 hours via courier in areas not covered by our branch delivery coverage.

You may inform our online pharmacist through phone call about your preferred delivery date.

A representative must present a copy of your valid ID to our delivery representative when you are not personally available to receive your order. The representative should also be able to provide other documents such as your prescription and senior citizen ID and booklet.

Yes we extend the 20% Senior Citizen/PWD Discount for prescribed medicines.

For first time MedExpress patients, you may visit any of our branches for us to create your Senior Citizen/PWD Profile. You will be required to submit your Senior Citizen/PWD ID and Booklet.

For succeeding orders, you may call our hotline to have you medication delivered with a minimal delivery charge of Php100.00. Please, present your Senior Citizen/ PWD ID and booklet to our delivery personnel upon receiving the order.

Yes, you may assign an authorized representative to order and receive your orders with SC and PWD Discount. They will be required to present your Senior Citizen or PWD ID, prescription and authorization letter to our delivery representative once receiving of order.
